自今年1月起，中国日报起底工作室(@MediaUnlock)在TikTok上陆续发布了大约十条视频，从历史、法理和现实的角度驳斥菲律宾的非法主张。视频的内容包括揭露“菲律宾非法侵闯黄岩岛是为了摆拍炒作”“菲律宾民兵伪装渔民强闯黄岩岛”，这些视频从内容到观点都与西方媒体塑造的叙事完全不同，引发了很大反响。
